Anand Seshadri

A little bit about me.
Over the last 24 years of my career, I have had the fortune of assisting clients with their Digital and Cloud transformation initiatives, across a spectrum of industries including Banking and Financial services, ISVs, Public sector agencies, Telcos, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail. During this time, I have performed various roles, ranging from Sales and Delivery to building Practice teams and managing large and complex programs. 
 

My grounding in Consulting and Professional services over this period has helped establish a solid understanding of why people are at the center of any business or Project. Armed with a people-first mindset, I have bridged technical and cultural gaps when it comes to onboarding the right talent for customer projects. I am excited to be able to draw upon this expertise to now assist my Australian clients more broadly using the CloudAstra platform. I aspire to be the partner to hiring managers and HR teams/ Talent acquisition specialists, in identifying and assimilating top-notch talent that doesn't just have the technical acumen, but also will fit the organizational needs culturally.
